It's a sumo squat. It works your glutes and thigh abductors more than regular squats. I don't like it though, looks like it would fuck up your joints.
Hey /fit/ I recently can't make it to the gym and was looking for some calisthenic routines to keep me occupied so my gains don't melt away. So far I've been doing a 2 mile run, 100 push ups, and 50 pullups as a routine, but I was wondering if there are organized routines that other anons have used with success. I've heard about convict conditioning and might look into that, but if there are other resources that anyone has used I'd be happy to hear about them

Weird problem, /fit/. Cardio isn't making my breathing rate go up anymore.
This isn't some weird humblebrag. My times and output aren't improving, they're actually getting worse. My heartrate still goes up and if I push I can get it into "ease up, turbo" territory. I just makes me feel faint and get tired. If I try to manually breathe (which you are now doing) faster, I just feel faint quicker.
Also have had pretty low blood pressure for about a year now (resting is 95/45), but I've had a bunch of tests done and nothing's turned up.
Any ideas?
