I'm between /fit/'s Greyskull LP and Candito's 6 Week program. Which should I pick, /fit/?
I'm at 2pl8 squat and deadlift and 1pl8 bench @ 5'11 and 220lbs so I'm still pretty novice.

finally hit 200kg maximum on DL after 8 months or so of lifting, do you think my form is fine for a maximum deadlift or is a maximum DL not an excuse for poor form.

You can make a squat/bench rack that has high position for squating or benching, just need a bench to move under and ouy from under the rack
