Here we ask others for advice and give moral support to one another if you are too weak to survive solo. We all know losing weight when you are fat is easy if you just reduce calorie intake, literally piece of cake. At the end of the day this is a support general whose goal is to help and motivate the chubby channers who need to lose weight for a number of reason. Please be warned that there are some chronic idiots who post in this general giving horrible advice to troll or to reassure their extremist autism works for themselves, don't bother, always remember calorie intake, if it is lesser than how many calories your body burns you'll be fine.
And remember, if you are a loser when fat you'll still be a loser if you are thin, your weight isn't the problem.

There are about 11 days left in the semester, I think I'm gonna have to give up on my /fit/ lifestyle for a bit to finish strong. I'll try to keep my diet lower in calories, but I need food to focus on school work guys. I've been eating 1500 calories a day for 32 days now. I think I'm gonna bump it up to 2000-2500 per day to help with mental clarity and focus for just these 11 days.

Your biceps and lats are antagonistic to your triceps and chest, the main movers in the bench press. By preexhausting your bi's and lats you can increase the amount of weight you can lift in the bench press.

I did this because I couldn't afford a barbell or gym membership. I'm weak enough that doing turkish get ups with 24kg kicks my ass. I can squeeze 3 reps per side. Also doing goblet squats, kettlebell swings, shoulder press and curls, supplementing with bodyweight

Im going to help you out.
Wtf if you already have a strength base do a 5 set routine progressive overload routine.

Example when i do chest flies
>set 1 40lbs dumbells x 12
>set 2 40lbs dumbells ×12
>set 3 45lbs dumbells ×10
>set 4 45lbs dumbells×10
>set 5 50lbs dumbelss×10

Increase the weight every 2 sets and go for 12 each time. 10 for the 5th set (heaviest)

Do this with every body part
Squats
>135 for 12
>185 for 12
>225 for 12
>225 for 12
>285 for 10

And if i dont get a (you) from OP he can go fuck himself and never make any gains
