most people don't have tdee of 3500 calories a day to begin with. those that do will already be carrying a decent amount of muscle (generally) and risk losing a good amount of that from rapid weight loss. As a rule, the more rapid the weight change, the smaller a proportion of muscle you can expect to gain, and the more muscle you can expect to lose. If an athlete is using AAS they can get away with more rapid weight loss while sparing muscle.

your TDEE isn't high enough for a 3500kcal deficit, but it's possible to do a PSMF and have a pretty big deficit without losing much muscle mass. I lost over 20lbs in 5 weeks and kept most of my muscle mass.

Aye. Got an MRI to confirm. No RC or AC issues, just this slap bullshit. Dr wasn't too helpful said I could do PT or Surgery but even with PT these things never heal on their own...then he recommended me a surgeon. Asked him if people my age get this and he said I'm an outlier and didn't push me either way on what to do. Said he's had his knee worked on three times and you kind of deal with it.
I didn't get the surgery, after some time the pain went away even though the doc said it wouldn't

I have been lifting for close to two years now and I have been making gains like I have never made before now that I have started smoking weed the deep mind body spiritual connection it gives me has allowed me to better interface with my neural systems and I am producing explosive power in the gym. everytime before i go to the gym i just blaze a whole fucking nug straight in my car and my lifts easily increase by 5, 10, even 20 persent every time. it also gives me the munchies and i am gaining weight (pretty much all muscle) so easily now, i just eat a 12 pack of potato chips after every session and i am becoming more powerful and stronger than ever.
