I used it for a while, been meaning to get somemore. Its a nice clear head energy. Like you dont feel jolted like off of caffeine or pre workouts, but you feel awake and ready to do the workout. Also after using it for 2 weeks starts making you horny as fuck which is nice. I took 3 tsp per use

Anyone tried Alex Jones' supplements/products?

A lot of them are bullshit but some seem legit, backed up by science

I'm not a conspiracy nut but it does seem pretty obvious that modern males are becoming weak, timid and insecure. Part of it is obviously due to social/cultural pressure or change, but I suspect a lot of it is to do with diet and nutrition.

I can still at 1kg/workout on bech at 102kg but my rep is degrading from 5, 5, 5 to 5, 4, 4. I usually add another set of 4. is this yndtp or acceptable? is that last rep producing results I am missing out?

Why are machines bad again? I feel like I work my muscles more when I use the chest press machine.

I'm not saying it should be done instead of bench or anything but there's this idea on /fit/ that all machines are bad. Why do you think like that?

Compound lifts can be somewhat applied to daily life situations, and doing only machines increases potential of muscle imbalances and it doesn't work stabilizing muscles which is unnatural for body.
