How do your partners deal with the fact that you have to eat specific food and that they can't just cook anything for you,i'm rather curious for when and if i ever end up in a relationship im certain telling her that she has to cook the same food almost everyday for me would be an upsetting thing for her.
i'm not a bodybuilder so i eat pretty normal as long as it's not shitty foot like cookies and cake. usually i'm the one who cooks and if needed i'll make separate meals but most of the time we eat the same, i just eat more of it

Steroids are the single most important thing, yes. You can eat pure shit as long as you eat enough calories and just do body weight exercises. Wouldn't recommend though

New gym. Be stronger and lift their weight. Home gym. Go during lunch break. Go before work or at midnight. I doubt its crowded between 11pm and 4am. If all of that is somehow impossible you can just suck it up and wait for equipment.

go before work. obviously you'll have to go to bed earlier too but it's worth it having the entire gym for yourself.
and asking to work in is no problem. switching plates takes a few seconds at most. and people who can deadlift/bench/squat over 3pl8 have to actually rest between sets so they have plenty of time to kill.
i always offer others to work in with me when they ask me because i usually rest over 5 min between sets so taking 10 seconds to ask him how much went and switching it is nothing.

Don't even bro, cardio probably better at that point. Just do a 5k, and really focus on letting go of your breath and relaxing your breathing. Just go at a pace you could run for an hour. Cardio is really good for working on your breathing to help you relax if you're having trouble sleeping.

eye doc here. just finnished teh med school.
dry eye has different forms and there are many ways to treat it.
- first and easiest, artifical tears you can get at any cvs or rite aid for 4 bucks, use 4-10x/day or use gel at night
-fish oil
-wash eyelids with baby shampoo and use warm wash cloth to warm upoil gands on eyes
-over teh counter allergy eyedrops (i believe zatador) may help depending on status of ur eye.
- get a perscription from a doc for stronger drops
-find a doc that has the equipment to either use punctal plugs, lipiflow, or miebo for theyaputic approach
