Anon - This is a fitness forum. But if you must know you should take it slowly. Put simply the process is

1. Imagine who you want to be
2. Decide what you need to do to get there
3. Set goals around those actions
4. Do stuff and meet people along the way
5. Repeat step 4

Social skills come from meeting people. And meeting people is a process that goes both way. The more true you are to who you want to become (inb4 just be urself) the more likely you are to attract people that you genuinely want to hang out around. With the right people around you conversation should come naturally.

That said there are some tips you can pick up. Dale Carnegie's "How to win friends and influence people" is a good, short pick up. Essentially you can boil it down to treat people how you want to be treated, be genuinely interested in other people, and ask them questions that allow them to talk about themselves and interests while being a good listener (bonus points for remembering)

In the end your just going to need to practice but improving yourself a long the way is going to make it a lot easier.

you can squat, OHP, bench there np. Plus do some leg accessories, curls, lying tricep extensions.

Suggest some floor matting, a pull up bar, and some more weight but otherwise you're good
