How do you feel about warming up for big compound lifts? I never really do any kind of warming up... am I fucking up?

About half a year ago i decided to loose weight and to go to the gym. Long story short i lost like 30 lbs and look kinda decent now (i guess) 6'6 at ~200

My protein goals for the day is 170g, but quite often, I'd say 3-4 times per week I'm cramming in like 100-115g protein late at night in a single big meal to reach my goal, because my diet the rest of the day was normal/low protein

Do you think there is any issue with this?
