Girls are usually pretty strong at squats and deadlifts. It's not unusual for them to be at 2 pl8 squat and 3 pl8 diddly since all they do in the gym is work glutes.

Usually can't bench for shit tho kek.

yeah, saw some chick being posted with a squat above 3 plate and a deadlift around 4.5, could only OHP 105 lbs though and probably bench not much more than 1.5 plate or so. Girls are weak upper-body wise, and that's the only thing that counts as manly tbhfam so lift a few months OP and you're stronger

No. After a couple weeks or less on a program you shouldn't have significant muscle soreness unless you had an abruptly difficult workout, which most programs won't do.

If you're consistently feeling muscle soreness after 2 weeks then you're not following the program. If you're not on a program then get on one if youre this new, which you are. Simple linear progression shit.

This is of course only discussing muscle soreness, not joints and tendon pain which is a whole different ballgame. Good luck anon.

I'm a relatively hot guy, 7-8/10, could pull most girls. Im seeing this girl from my work, started chatting with her. She is incredibly cute, little fit thing 5'1", no more than 105 pounds. Easy little thing to throw around.
She is also so damn cute, and so damn nice and easy to talk to.
The only downside is that she has relatively bad face-acne. It isnt horrendous, but very noticeable. I love being with her, and I dont think it makes her any less unattractive to me.

Intensity days are higher weight 5x5, focusing on progressively lifting more weight. Volume days are medium weight, generally 3x8-12, looking to squeeze AMRAP on last set. On two of three off days, some core/pilate/yoga/cardio type exercises.

your setup makes little sense to me

you call them intensity days but have 5x5, which is not intensity, that's still volume just in a heavier rep range

you also have overhead press before bench press, which I think is a terrible idea if you want to get a bigger upper body

you will train your delts at the expense of all the rest of your pressing muscles with this setup
