I don't have one, I'm just a skinnyfat baiting because it's one of the only ways to get a discussion around here.
I did SS for 3-4 months and started getting good results however my upper body was lagging (more than it already was).
My numbers were
Bench - 60kg
Squat - 95kg
Dead - 115kg
OHP - 45kg
Around a 100% improvement from baseline after 4 months.
I blew out my shoulders with terrible bench form but they've healed up, and I want to get back into gym - but I don't want to end up going trex mode like the path I was going down earlier. Would Phraks GSLP be a good routine in my case? Any other suggestions?

What is wrong with stomach?
These pictures may not do it justice, but you can probably see that I am bloated in my lower abdomen. It’s like this 24/7. It looks worse in person. It’s like a hard pooch that never goes away. I also have issues with occasional diarrhea and stomach pain and my farts smell like toxic waste.
My doc is sending me for a colonoscopy, but it wont be for a couple months. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

I am a 20 years old girl desesperatky trying to lose weight but I'm too weak to control myself with food and I have a disease that doesn't allow me to go to the gym, I can do sport but not hardcore ones. Read the sticky. Exercise does not make up for poor dieting. Self control is easy once you commit to eating properly, it just takes that first step of going to the grocery store and buying good foods instead of junk food.

Set small goals for yourself, like when it comes to food. Do you drink soft drinks? Quit that or drink less of it. Make small changes in your life, food eat what you like but just a little bit less of it. Eventually your body will learn and it won't crave unhelthy foods. I myself can't stand sugary stuff anymore, couple of years ago I could eat a whole cake and want more.

if you want to lose weight you do that in the kitchen, exercise helps but much less than most people think and the root of the problem is always overeating
use a food diary, count every single calorie and be honest, if you cheat it WILL hurt your progress and try to eat at a deficit of about 500 calories - there is no magic bullet and the only way to lose weight is by eating less than you burn, anyone who tells you otherwise is an idiot likely trying to sell you something
you will feel hungry but stuffing your face with vegetables that have almost no calories is easy
