I'm mildly intolerant to lactose and since I stopped taking whey my back acne cleared almost completely.
I've been meaning to restart goin to the gym but I'd like for it not to come back ever.

I know just eating more meat or eggs would do the trick but I liked the convenience of a powder supplement.

I began lifting about three months ago, making significant progress. I've been doing my research and this sub has been a great help, so thanks to everyone who has helped!

Several weeks back I started reading more into anterior pelvic tilt. I quickly realized that this is something that I've had in my life for some time. So I've been doing helpful stretches throughout the day when I find the time. For the last month or so I've been doing three simple stretches for a total of about 8 minutes a day and wow. My posture is better. I generally look better. My lower back, which was giving me some slight discomfort after certain workouts, is no longer a problem. I know it's also a good thing that I'm correcting it now, at the beginning of my training, rather than later. It's pretty amazing how quick and easy it is to correct compared to other aspects of training. I'd say in a month I've seen a 25% improvement at least.

To anyone reading this I'd encourage you to look into anterior pelvic tilt. If you have it, fix it!

So I've been hearing about dark chocolate increasing libido and blood flow to sexual organs.

Dude it isn't rocket science.

Dark chocolate has hella theobromine which is basically caffeine with a shorter half life.

It gets your adrenaline fired up, which is partly involved in giving you a boner.

The half life is pretty short compared to caffeine, so if you eat it I would expect the effect to take place within about 4 hours.
