Fuck this shit /fit/ this has seriously fucked me up. I can FEEL the fucking worms around my asshole now, you cunts. The itching and bad gas and shit FINALLY makes fucking sense and it's all because of some fucking parasites FUCK.

Friday normal

By doing this I can skip going to the gym Wednesday and workout at home which saves me an hour walk (back and forth)to the gym

I work in construction as well so it should be easier on me doing that.

Btw not a noob trained for a good few years now

For example, if they hastily demand something from you give them a stern look and say "And what else?" They'll ask you what are you talking about and you tell them to tell you please and thank you or else you don't do anything for them. Don't fear being fired or losing friends or whatever, they'll realize what dicks they are if they do and they're not worth your association.
