What I basically eat on a daily basis:
Isopure shake twice a day (50g protein in one shake)
A casein shake 1-2x a day (40g protein in once shake)
Rice cakes
Some quaker chewy granola bars
Rice thins
Maybe some chicken or a turkey burger
Some green beans or baked beans
Maybe some juice
Maybe some chicken

1 banana

After the Gym:
300ml Coconut Milk with 50g of Whey

Lunchbreak at work:
125g light mozzarella
250g Rice
100g Kidney Beans
1 Tablespoon Oilive Oil

2 hours after lunch break:
250g Magerquark

3 hours after lunch break:
300ml lowfat Milk with 30g Whey

Dinner:
50g of oats
4 rice cakes (natural)
mixed in a bowl with 300ml coconut milk and 30g whey

Alternative Dinner:
200g Chicken
200g spinach

I'm getting blood samples taken for HGH & Testosterone, and some other things who's treatments are basically steroids soon

I obviously lied a little bit for the doctor to request I get tested, so how can I temporarily fuck up my test / hgh levels for the test?

Its true that if your drinking water is refined surface water that its full of estrogens/female hormones. It makes you fat, gives you bitch tits, lowers testosteron, gives you fat hips and thights.

I live in Rotterdam, Holland, where the water is refined water from a river that is used as a sewer by Germany and 4 other countries.

What can one do to prevent having to drink this water? Bottled spring water? (expensive) Filtering?

Kickboxing is draining and time consuming, just like any other martial art, it requires a lot of consistency and practice to be good at.
I say go for it if that's what you like, but be prepared to go through a lot of hard conditioning, in both physical and psychological ways.

I understand tall fatties losing weight, they can look like male models and even have to ever step inside of a gym (sort of like women). I was a fat 5'5 manlet all my life and now I'm a fit manlet, literally no difference in how people see me, it actually might be WORSE; all my life I was "stout" and was worried about being too "big/fat", now I look like a little middle-school athlete.

"would you rather be a bufflet or a manlet?" If you're fucked either way, why waste time at the gym?

Being 5'11" in a white country (France) I get what you're saying. I know when it comes to women guys like us are never gonna be attractive regardless of how /fit/ we are. But you have to understand that if that's what worries you you're lifting for the wrong reasons. I started out thinking I was gonna be aesthetic but nowadays I just lift for the rush and for the joy of hitting PRs. It's just a sport, it's not meant to transform your life.

i am 28 years old, 186 cm (6'1") tall and weight 88 kg (194 lbs). Startet my journey at 98 kg (216 lbs).

i know that loosing weight and gaining muscles at the same time is not possible. but is is possible to not loose any muscles at all while being in a calorine deficite?

right now i am 3 times a week for 1 1/2 hours at the gym. 1/4 to 1/3 is cardio, for the rest i am doing stuff with weights and machines.

but is it a good idea to go to the gym while trying to lose weight? does it make sense?
also, can i try something like a "don't eat anything besides proteins, needed vitamins and such" and lose weight faster? but will this fuck up my muscles?

in short, what is the best idea to lose fat pretty fast without losing muscles? because after i amat my dream weight i want to get more muscular,but i dont want to start from scratch by losing all my muscles through dieting.

i mean literally at the same time. fat doesn't become muscle mass. muscles need"fuel",protein and stuff, to be build. but to lose weight you need to eat less that your body needs, so that your body starts to use its own fuel, aka fat and such.

but you cant eat more than you need while at the same time eat less.
