So I'm having a bit of trouble with my meal prep and really could use some advice from others who meal prep

So I've only just started really getting into this meal prep stuff and I'm prepping
135g chicken breast
Broccoli
And 210g brown rice
And putting it into a plastic container with a lid on it.

Can I make 7 of these and then freeze them and eat them throughout the week by heating them up? Or do I need to prep like.. a few every few days?

What should i do once i reach my strength goals but not my aesthetic goals?

How did you find doing 4x4/4x8 compared to the usual 3x5 type routines?

to make 8 excercises per session in total

i did it on hardmode, meaning squats and chinups every day, and always 5 sets instead of 4

I did 6x6, 5 days a week bro-split previously, so it seemed like low volume at first. But once the lifts got heavy I definitely felt it - and the progression hasnt stopped yet.

I just broke my fucking kitchen scales and I don't have any money to get them fixed or buy new ones. I'm fucking terrified to eat anything, I don't know how many calories are around, what do i do? The only thing I have is a cup that measures cups, but cup is arbitrary, the thing in might change.

when doing pause ATG squats:

at the bottom (pause) part of the lift, just before you begin the eccentric part and stand up, do you create a small bounce first and take advantage of the momentum coming up?

is that cheating?

or are you supposed to drive up without the help from momentum?
