Great progress man even though your deadlift sucks. Just use straps if you have grip issues, it's better to progress with straps than not to progress at all. For me chinups and kroc rows have helped me with grip. I use kettlebells for rows since the fatter grip forces some grip work in but doesn't limit my volume. You could also get the Fat Gripz, I've only tried them but they gave me an insane forearm pump.

Is fasted cardio worth doing or is it pointless?
e read a lot online that it isn't good to do cardio around the time you lift when trying to build muscle, but my father who helped me with a routine said its important to do ten minutes of like rowing machine before lifting, to warm up. Not sure which is more beneficial then doing it or not..

You don't have to be super strict. You can pyramid up in weight on volume day e.g. You don't have to do 5 sets at 90% or whatever. Or maybe to 3 sets instead. Use common sense.
