>did my first 15km ruck march with 30kg this morning
>think you're fit? i definitely reccommend giving it a go!
a bientot!
Doesn't look that hard to be honest, could od all of these pretty easily. I'm currently getting ready for the SOF pipeline in my country so i'm working with this BUD's program which is the definition of brutal
>>41346548
Whats a basic rundown of the program?
>>41346118
How long did your ruck take?
Does having a deep belly button affect potential ab gains as you have space missing that could have been abs?
Sometimes i just sit here staring at my computer scratching my head thinking to myself "what in the actual fuck"
Then the next day I tell myself "that was it, that was the stupidest shit i'll ever read" only to be outdone by another post a few hours later

how do you measure it, fag?

each of those oatcakes do not weigh exactly 30g, therefor those stats are not correct.
weigh all food
Did being fit help you transition from hook up mode to relationship mode, or did it make it harder to make that transition?
>>41344966
No, I don't think it helped. It made girls want to hook up with me more, but actually date less (the insecure ones that is). There's a large portion of girls who don't want a fit bf
Misc.
>>41345019
This
and they will immediately stereotype you. Girls become wary of guys with time and experience and your build is just going to be a red flag that says "player", "idiot", or "asshole" in their brain even if they're attracted to it.
Still not going to make me quit lifting
Any attractive anons on? How differently do people treat you in public? Do you like it?
>>41344551
How the fuck would attractive people know the difference if they've always been attractive you dumbass?
average. painfully so. just hoping that I keep my hair in old age.
>>41344560
there are people that were ugly when they were younger and got fit/not fat/face gains.
Hello /fit/!
Please do not rip me a new one!!
I want to get /fit/ essentially and downloaded one of those apps that counts calories, but I'm having trouble because it says losing weight would make me underweight but I am not happy with my current weight. Currently I am 5'0 ft and 110 lbs. I don't exercise and want to learn what I should be doing so I can become slim and feel good about my body. I'm going to get a gym membership and get my diet on track. Do you guys have any idea on how to start getting into this?
>dat gyno
Condolences

>>41344082
Show tits, then read the sticky
Tell me about your weight loss goals /fit/
>be me
>be fat (227 lbs)
>down to 178 with keto
>stop keto, hit gym to maintain weight
>get ill for a long time, stop hitting gym
>back to 200 cause didnt go again after I was healthy again
>disappointed in myself
>gonna hit the gym tomorrow and start cardio + keto
last time I lost weight I did keto only, no workout/cardio. what kind of weight loss can I expect from cardio and keto together?
>>41343746
probably slightly faster, I'm not a big fan of keto though because I don't think it's very healthy and sustainable.
>>41343746
Depends how bad you want it, I went from 270 to 230 since January 22nd, I autistically track my macros and workout 7 days a week though. I have about 10-15 more to go to be cut the fuck up, for the first time I'm 10 years I can see my abs
>>41343959
I am open to suggestions. I did keto because I still enjoy the food, so it's quite sustainable for me. If it is healthy or not, I can't say as I am obviously no expert in the field and can just read what science says. What kind of diet would you suggest that is more sustainable/healthy?
Can we get a running thread?
I'm looking for stretches that I should do before/after running. I have had a lot of tightness in the back of my lower legs. Last run I did I was really struggling
Because this thread already exists:
My ears and temple hurt like shit after a session of running. How to avoid it? It just keeps me from running.
i do a bunch of dynamic before
Front/side leg swings, a bunch of hip rotation stuff. couple bodyweight squats and calf raises too for good measure
static afterwards
hip flexor stuff, quad stuff, hamstring stuff, achilles stretch.
some split work if im feeling it
>>41342425
Do you mean your calves or your hamstrings?
If calves:
>get in push-up position
>pick one foot up and rest on the ankle of the other
>push your body back against that foot, as far as you can
>should feel pain in calves
If hamstrings:
>stand up straight with feet touching
>reach down to touch your toes
also
>same position
>cross one leg in front of the other
>keep both touching the ground
>reach down to your toes
also
>sit down
>spread legs
>lock knees
>reach forward to foot, grab it if you can

>one of the greatest athletes in a sport
LMAO
What does /fit/ think of the over-head press? I rarely ever see anyone doing them.
>don't do overhead press it damages your shoulders bro. just do lateral raises like me
I love it. Really enjoy hitting PRs on it.
The reason you rarely see people doing it is because the average gymbro gets insecure having anything less than a big boy 20kg plate on each side of the bar.
Having to press what looks lightweight hurts their ego.
Vid is a recent PR of 1pl8 x12 I got.
>>41338975
They're by far my favourite exercise. If I didn't have to worry about over training I'd do them every single day.

Today was the day my 8 months of lifting/running paid off. Recently my biceps started being visible in short sleeves and they got some attention to day. A girl sits down quite close to me today and we start chatting. Sooner shes getting closer and feeling my arms. I start feeling her up too. Things continue xD
When was the first time your gains paid off /fit/?
>>41321969
I get mire's all the time when I'm fit, but the moment I get fat I get ignored all the time. I'm losing weight again and I'm noticing I'm getting mire's again.
Really wish I had the balls to reject them hard in their face, in an autistic kinda of way. Instead I'm too nice to them.
>>41322008
>41322008
Dafuq, why be a douche about it?
>>41322029
Because I'm always kind to people regardless how they look, when they treat me with respect. I don't care if you're ugly, fat or homeless, I'll treat you well. If you ruin that privilege by being a dick, that changes things.
Most people aren't like this however.
I don't get it, there are tons of hot girls with aesthetic faces out there
Without makeup her face is even slightly below average, honestly
Who?
because her body is basically perfect, other than the fact that she's a midget
