I also had pectus excavatum.
I got the Nuss surgery done like 7 years ago.
It was the most painful thing I've ever experienced. Since they bend the ribs up, it feels like you broke every single rib in your body, and with the chest cavity being a new shape, I felt like my insides got all rearranged everytime I sat up.
Still. Best choice ever. I can actually do cardio without dieing, and my chest looks sweet.

Pectus Excavatum sounds fucking terrible Op. I have much to be thankful for regarding my genetics but I still get cucked by a few:

The iron/myoglobin supposedly gives you increased risk of bowel cancer. If they colour it that can also be fucky (depending on where you live could be more likely than you think).
Beyond that it'll slow your digestion down, I would try to freeze some or something. You might find eating it a chore by the end of the week. Unless you start eating like this every week it's not really that bad at all tho.

There's a manlet bodybuilder in my gym, he's in his mid-20's and is shredded like office paper. He's strictly anti-alcohol but I was thinking about bringing him a bottle of water next time I see him in the gym cause he always walks half way across the room to the fountain but I'm considering filling it with some sort of tasteless alcohol just to see him get smashed as I imagine he has no tolerance. Or maybe I'll get some dark alcohol and say it's BCAA's.

Read the fucking sticky. You don't get any one part of your body slimmer by doing targeted workouts of that area. Don't believe me? Then go fuck your fat ass. Otherwise, drop overall body fat % (EAT LESS), and see what your genetics prioritizes. Some people store fat in their asses and legs more than than their upper bodies - this is common. It means you'll have to loose a bunch of weight.
Now, you lift weights to gain muscle - and you lose weight so you can actually see those muscles. If you want a nice ass and thighs, you will need both. Simply losing weight will not make you look good - not by a fucking long shot. Your ass will look like a smaller version of a flabby fat ass, but it won't be firm tight and round. Muscles make it look like way. Still reading?
Do Strong Lifts. It puts a big emphasis on Squats. Do it for at least six months to see some good muscle growth. It is a very simple and effective. Also, track your calories and try to eat at a deficit. You'll still make gains on your lifts in the start even if you eat less. Good luck - I know you won't do shit.
