Get plain greek yogurt, store brand. Mix in a scoop of whey blend or sliced fruit. Anything else is just an excuse to eat sugar.
Seriously, this is my second day doing this shit and I cant even do it. I literally prep'd my meals for the week full of bro foods, chicken, cod, rice, potatoes, veggies, and I always find myself way off at the end of the day.
For those of you who count macros, how does your diet look on a cut? I just ate like 4 pieces of bread to fit the rest of my carbs, which I still havent fully met, and I havent actually ate "meals" today other than the ones ive prep'd. It feels like I am eating way too much for a cut and this is coming from someone who struggled with being fat for so long.

"clean" foods like chicken, fish, and veggies are low calorie compared to the volume of the food. i.e. eating half a lb of chicken breast is only 250 cal but its a decent amount to eat.
Whereas one large scoop of peanut butter has the same calories.
Whole milk is a great way to finish off any leftover calories you have. Good fats, good proteins, good carbs all in one convenient drink

Just look what happens from a simple feeding on protein synthesis.
As long as you are getting a solid meal of amino's and proteins after exercise, you are going to be in an anabolic state. It does not really matter when you eat this meal. More importantly, look at the importance of combining a meal with glucose and AA's on synthesis and how big that bar grows.
I will say that prolonged exercise will increase cortisol levels as you deplete glycogen stores so to blunt this effect, eating as soon as possible is ideal so that would be my suggestion for why it's important to get something in after a workout as quickly as possible.
Although, since none of you guys are on that cardio time it probably isn't too much of a big deal because you are not in the ballpark as endurance activities who are really tapping into glycogen reserves and seeing spikes of cortisol.

you are sticking out/tilting your pelvis when you lift. reduce weight. each time you do a rep reset yourself. you want to lock in your core and keep your spine (including lower back!!!!) as straight as possible. then you OHP. reset your position and repeat.
