Hey guys I've been working out for a few months now doing calisthenics and I'm feeling pretty good about my body. I'm up to half a chin up and 10 push ups. But I want to continue to make better gains, what would you recommend to do?

Hey /fit/, what's the consensus on eating this stuff raw? I was doing some theory crafting and I'm pretty sure flour has the highest calorie/dollar ratio. Macros are pretty shit though, 3 proteons per 110 calories

I'm 6'6 and have always lacked motivation to lift. Ive always been skinnyfat. Im about 205lbs currently. To stop being a lazy fuck i bought a bench and some dumbells . My question is what motivates you guys to lift after a long day.

New to all these exercise bullshit. I've absolutely no idea where to start or all these terms or how I should exercise, but I am determined and will not give up. It's not about others, it's for my personal gain. Don't want to buy a gym membership unless I know what I'm gonna do and not look stupid in the gym. The body type I wanna achieve isn't that difficult from what other people who do actually exercise tell me. Basically, I wanna look like that famous Michaelangelo David Greek inspired sculpture. I don't eat a lot, no sugar shit, drink water for the most part. Don't have my own kitchen, so homecooking meals is out of the question.

Go to a gym with an instructor and take a free lesson.

focus on compound lifts
drink a gallon of whole milk a day in addition to your normal diet
continue this for at least 3 months up to 9 months it will give you your strength base and is the quickest way to achieve that base. You will not look amazing from this strategy but in the long run it is the most effective, also you will get noticeable gains every session (adding weight)
