When did you realise the only way to get bigger naturally is to get stronger? I've wasted so much time doing "hypertrophy" brosplit routines not knowing that they're meant for roidheads.

You need both volume and strength, which is why PPL works so well. You can your strength sets at the start of the routine, and do all your fluff volume work at the end of the hard sets.

Does anyone find it hilarious how people on /fit/ have been brainwashed to think you HAVE to back squat, flat bench and deadlift to make gains?

I'll let you into a secret boys, none of those exercises are necessary and you will still make gains without them.

Deadlift and OHP are the only 2 big boy lifts I do since they're both good for aesthetics.

Back Squats and Flat Bench aren't optimal for aesthetics. Why? I'll explain.

1. Deadlifts are already enough for the quads, adding another big boy compound ontop of it just makes your quads grow to unaesthetic levels.

2. There's several other far more superior chest exercise (incline bench, dumb-bell bench)

How bad really would doing a 5 day PPL be?

Basically I have access to a gym 5 days a week because long story. Was thinking of doing PPLPP and then resting the other 2 days

My legs are already pretty big compared to the rest of me so Im not worried about them becoming small. Is this a bad idea? Anyone got any good 4 or 5 day routines?

Does anyone here actually do good mornings? I never see anyone doing them in my gym and I never hear anyone talking about them on /fit/.

Anyone experience good results from them? Thinking about doing them for my lower back since deadlifts just don't hit mine very well.

I did them when I ran Sheiko but only very light weight, and if you do them correctly the main thing you'll feel is your hamstring getting stretched out so hard you look like you have cerebral palsy walking out of the gym

Been using 25mg Bronkaid as my source of ephedrine, 12.5x2 and occisionally a third dose if my tolerance starts to build.It's been working wonders for my energy levels and appetite, trying to cut about 4% BF. The big problem is its effects on my heart rate while exercising. I pretty much can't lift or do cardio any day I take it since it makes my heart pound out of my chest.


Any tips for not losing gains while on ephedrine?

I've never ever exercised outside of phys ed class throughout my entire life and I've eaten more junk food than regular food but I just did 40 push ups, 30 sit ups, 40 squats, and 1 pull up without resting. I also did 5 minutes of 5mph/6.5mph interval running without resting.
