Hey boys, just wanted to get an opinion on something. Im going to be switching to a low or no carb diet soon and doing more cardio so i can finally be ripped for the summer.

Ive been bulking and training more so for strength for a loooong time, so for those with more experience in cutting, i was wondering what you think of some of these plans i had:

- doing most of my cardio with stairs because it keeps my heartrate at the ideal level for fat loss
- doing several body weight excersizes in between lift days (monday wednesday and friday) as kind of mini routines to keep me lean (as well as the cardio on those days)
-doing cardio 5 days a week at least for at least 20 minutes a time (again, most on stairs)
-cutting all wheat out of my diet completely, trying not to eat other carbs, eating 500 calories below maintenance.
-drinking lots of water

Thats pretty much the idea for what ill be doing, so any feedbaxk is really appreciated

How low carb are you talking?
If it is keto low, like around 10-15g daily, then expect your lifts to suffer initially. Expect it to be more difficult to move the same amount of weight as before, and expect that the vigor and intensity of your workouts overall to be a little less. If you can make it through that without giving up, then yeah. you will get shredded as fk

Well i was gonna try for as little as possible. Eliminating things like bread, wraps, protein bars and switching whey protein with isolate will help majourly, but i havent really looked into how many carbs ill be eating with a diet consisting mostly of assorted meats and veggies on monday, wednesday and friday, fish on tuesday and thursday, and whatever i want as long as it doesnt have high carb stuff on the weekends. I eat fruit, spinach and yogurt proteib smoothies pretty regularly as well.

But yea i did expect that. Im hoping the pre workout i have will help illeviate some of the demotivation

Help!

How do I make my proteins/immunocomplexes stronger so they can resist the forces from sonication/vortexing? Any program I can put them on or anything I can do so that my capture rate is not complete shit

Let's be real. If you're actually wanting to settle down with a bird, you want someone with a physique like pic related. Probably does some light cardio thrice a week and doesn't overeat significantly.

If you choose a skinny girl

Looks are a cost of entry into the game. If you're 8-10/10, they've already made up their mind and you just need to sell them a time and place to meet. You can have mental illness and whine about it and they'll mold themselves to be sympathetic.

5-7/10 actually has to work and have extra shit whether it be money or physique. And they can't have any flaws other than ones which actually reveal yourself to be a better, stronger, blah blah man.

hey /fit/ i'm trying to loose weight. Is there any filling diet recipes you can spare? My routine is a mile on the tredmill (maybe more if im cocky) a day, light snacks like rice cakes ect, nothing else to drink but water and only really eating big breakfast and medium dinner. So far i went from 200 to 198 as of yesterday. But the problem is the diet foods im eating while tastey arent filling me up to where i can ignore it. pic unrelated

Yeah it's unfortunately over. You can try to do it yourself, but you'll hurt yourself. A lot of programs online are written to injure you so you have no choice. Deadlifts and squats are dangerous don't do them. Don't ever arch your back while benching or youll herniated a disc. You can try but it's kinda pointless. You're only option is to find another gym or just give up.

if anything I have a mild case of ADD but ever since I've started a low dose my grades shot up, I remember shit, have an attention span and excelled at vidya.

Videogames bore me now though and most days even on the meds I can't bring myself to go to class. grades are still good tho just no motivation for anything that feels like a waste of time. unfortunately gym fell under that category...
