Calling all martial arts fags on /fit/

I want to start with martial arts in my routine, some kind of grappling. What style should I go with? There's plenty of clubs where I live. Should I do judo, BJJ or wrestling?
>BJJ - club is nearby and has good respected blackbelts as teachers. Sort of afraid of breaking my arms/kneecap. Almost no takedowns
>Judo - seems like a lot of fun and good exercise but doesn't seem to be a "martial art" in the sense that it probably doesn't work if your opponent doesn't wear a gi
>Wrestling - greco-roman club with good teachers, 6 miles away. Also afraid of concussions and/or breaking my neck

Somebody here a week or two ago started a thread about poppy seed tea.
Being the degenerate I am I ordered some promptly and began.
I was already aware of opiate withdrawl and the danger n shit.

So I took it 4 days straight. The forth day also fell in my back day and due to the lack of pain cause by opiates I lifted really heavy. Straight leg deads I broke a PR.

So as of right now I'm 2 days off and my lower back hurts like hell.
Is this due to opiate withdrawal or is body just sore? I also feel very bleh and yesterday I was tired as fuck all day.

Do you know any tips to kill this feeling?
Can you go into withdrawal after only 4 days of poppy tea use?
What the fuck is going on with muh body right now?

Withdrawals from a 4 day binge are incredibly mild and will be over in maybe two days just stick it out. Gabapentin or benzos at night if needed.

Getting the shirts taillored is a good option, there is no shirt brand that really fit "fit" guys. "Slim fit" can be passable but those are usually built for guys that have no shoulders.

Alternativelly, I had good luck with Indochino. I had to get them to redo the first shirt and I have adjustments to the second one but the end result is worth it.

Dressing nicely makes all the difference in the world

Hey guys.
So since march I've lost 10 KG with diet and a lot of training. I was at 107 and I'm now at 97 at 183cm.
My goal weight is around 80 kilograms.

It's been pretty good so far and I never had any problems. Cutting food back was a challenge at first but now it's going like a breeze.
The thing is. I don't eat more than 1600-1800 calories a day nowadays.

Before I've struggled with cutting under 2500 and now I'm just not that hungry anymore.
My diet pretty much contains of eggs, vegtetables, low fat milk products and chicken breast.
So I talked to a friend and he says my metabolism is probably declining which would be unfortunate for further weight losing.

Incorporate some memes into your diet like IF and keto, do some cardio. Buy weight loss supplements like l-carnitine, yohimbine, thermogenic fat burners (those work best if you actually train and do cardio).

"Reducing calories leeads to weight loss" is a myth. It's just playing the insulin carousel. You need to fast 2-5 days a week, and eat filling, nutritious meals (leafy green veggies, protein, fats) when you do eat to nourish your body. Preferably low carb.

Well for now I didn't experience any decline yet.
I'm lifting 3 times per week and do cardio on a treadmill 2 times.
I was just wondering about my decline in appetite so I asked him and got a bit worried because of his response. Losing weight has been perfectly fine and I'm not complaining.
I was just worried and wanted like a second opinion of you guys
