My cheat day was Friday. I had beer, two tacos, and ate as much cheeseburger as I could which was just half of one and some fries, which were GREAT. However because I was patronizing local businesses I did not have accurate nutritional information on hand. 4 miller lite is easy enough to count, but the tacos from the Mexican dive? The burger from the local pub? That was all I had for the day, but because I don't know how much it was, i'm cutting harder today than usual, on top of an hour of biking on the lake and two hours rowing in the lagoon. I've been eating no more than 1200 a day on this cut.

So, I during/shortly after workouts I sometimes get an irregular heartbeat and my heart rate rises. It doesn't rise past like 170-180, but the irregular heartbeat makes it feel like it is going a million miles an hour. I went to a cardiologist, wore a heart monitor, got an echocardiogram, and the cardiologist said my heart was perfect, he checked for everything including the sudden cardiac death shit. I have had panic attacks where my heart freaked out in the past, but these episodes seem to be induced by exercise and aren't accompanied by any significant anxiety. I have had a few more episodes of this since I went to the cardiologist. Any advice, /fit/?
Consult another (or 2 more) cardiologist for a different opinion.

i had my first panic attack about a month ago.. had no clue what was going on, thought itwas a heart attack and actually went to the ER (weird i know). getting back into my cardio routine on the treadmill, i felt i was having a panic attack at times
just know that the feeling of lightheadedness is largely psychological if you've ruled out the possibility of it being physical

Hello /fit/, I'm going on a vacation in less than a month and my goal is to lose some fat. I've looked this throughly and i have type 2 diabetics in my family and have therfore considered a ketogenic diet for this, combined with some water fasting. I know there's actually no difference between different diets as it is calories in vs calories out, but with the hormonal benefits as higher HGH levels because of lower insulin secretion I've concluded this may be the best method for me.
Could you further help me with some advice?
