if you live somewhere where aloe grows you can probably find it in the vegetable section of a grocery store. rub the gel from inside the plant onto skin.
If you cannot get actual aloe just get some aloe-gel

I don't understand why the majority of this thread is so fetishisingly obsessed with something as banal as height? Do you honestly believe that someone with the facial aesthetics of an overcooked lobster, but with an above average height will score sooner than a good-looking guy of average height(a height ranging from 175-180 in the developed world)?


For the sake of the argument, write down your height, mine is 180 centimeters(178.5 during night-time, not sure why).

It's the one thing they can't control and that is out of their hands to change, unlike weight, muscle mass and aesthetics to a large degree; therefor it's a convenient scapegoat for their failures with women - imaginary or otherwise. If you can't change it, it's easier to identify with it the source of all your problems because then you can just accept your fate and not try harder.

Height is important. You have a decent height so you probably don't notice some problems.
50% of women just outright won't even consider dating you if you are close to their height unless you are some godly attractive/interesting person.

Sup /fit/. I've been getting weird back pain.

The semester before last, whenever I would do work in the lab after a few hours I would develop a pain in the circled area in pic related. It would usually go away by stretching that region of my back, but it would come back shortly after. Then last semester it stopped.

Currently I'm working in the lab over the summer 9-5 and after a few hours, sure enough, the pain arrives.

I thought it might be my shoes or some shit, but it only affects my left side. Google is worthless because it's not the actual shoulderblade it's the muscle below it, it's not a heart attack, and I'm not an alcoholic. It's not an issue of slouched shoulders because being upright makes it even worse.

Any ideas, /fit/?

Foamrolling - or just rubbing up against the side of a bench like a filthy animal - does help. I have a foam roller but I only ever use it after I lift. Just hit the spot, or do you have a full routine?

I do 5 sets of it of 8 reps(the last reps are a nightmare). Is it enough or is it stupid as fuck and i should another exercise and cut the curls to 3 or 4 sets?

First and foremost, your arms will not grow if you are not in a calorie surplus. This is a must for improving any muscle group. Your arms will not grow if they are not getting stronger. Your arms will not grow if you do not train them intensely enough or frequently enough.

Cut a set and add more weight. And if you want even more weight cut the reps to 4-6 then work back to 8.

Has anyone here ever been paralyzed?

I'm sure getting nerves pinched and having spinal injuries are serious, but I've been paralyzed in parts of my right leg for about 2 years now due to a brain hemorrhage. I can't spin my ankle around and I have some foot drop which means I have to wear a leg brace when I go outside or I'll just twist my ankle.

My whole arm used to be paralyzed also but I managed to fix it somehow. I'm getting really tired of limping everywhere and I want to make a change.

I've gone to physical rehab facilities (many times), but they don't really "fix" being paralyzed. Their only goal is to get people walking even if it means wearing a leg brace forever. That's fucking ridiculous. I'm only 25, do they really expect me to wear this thing for the next 50+ years?

How does one fix being paralyzed?

How the fuck do people even get results off Push - Pull - Legs?

With PxPxL 3 days a week you're not getting enough frequency, literally hitting each muscle group only 4 times in a fucking month even though we know protein synthesis is 48 hours tops.

If you choose to do PPLPPLx, thats 6 days a week you're in the gym. You're recovery goes to shit and your joints get fucked.

Please explain cuz it seems like it's just complete shit way to train, for naturals at least.

Fapping releases dopamine. If you don't fap you hold on to dopamine for all other activities in your day. So you will get more out of your day if you don't fap than if you fap every day. I see fapping as cocaine, which does the same but in a different way ofcourse.

Porn can be a problem if you get depended on it. Unconsciously your mind might associate the women in the porn vids with women in real life, generating distorted images or expectations about women and sex. Hard to measure if this is the case for everyone though.

Finally, the sexual energy that will build up in your body if you stop fapping for several days can be used in other features of life. For myself I felt a drive to interact with random women that i havent felt before. If you can control your sexual urges you can use this energy in the gym, for work and for doing daily stuff like householding.

If you want to keep calling it a meme, please try it yourself for 7 days. If you can't, it proves you are addicted to it. If you are having a hard time, but want to try it, first stop hardcore porn, then stop porn completely, then reduce your faps per week and slowly reach your nofap status.

Manlet here. Trying to break the cycle but I'm an extremely hardgainer on top of usually not having much of an appetite. I've read that for someone my size I should be trying for atleast 3k calories a day.

I'm about to go shopping and need tips for meals that average to about 1k each. I'm getting the obvious essentials like eggs, salmon, peanut butter, tuna, mayo, whole milk, almonds, etc but need specific meal plans. Also which whey protein supplement is the best to put on pounds?
