Ive been with my gf for 3.5 years and there is not a single physicall trait that attracts me to her. Although she has been working out hard for last 4 years, she still looks completely unfit near skinny girl.
I just dont know what to do, can you give any advices?
I dont want to cut her off cause she is a good girl and we lived for so long.

Have you considered that maybe the problem is with you? Are you happy? Is there something else going on your life?
It must doesn't seem right that after 3 years with this girl you found out she doesn't attract you.
Show your GF this post. Either she leaves you or she's motivated to change.
Try and get her on a gallon / 4 litres of chocolate milk a day. That will make her chubby and nicer to look at.
If you don't see a future, break up with her. You're doing both of you a favor in the long run.
If you do see a future, take the next steps to get there.

Stop lifting the same weights with the same amount of reps for weeks expecting gains to magically appear.
You NEED progressive overload to gain muscle and motivation to keep lifting.
I see guys lifting the same stuff that they lifted a month prior, and I'm sure a lot of you are as well.
You will get much more motivation with progressive overload and you will gain both strength and muscle much faster.
I've been setting new PB's every workout since last year, and even though they are small it's still progress.
I'm never at the point where lifting feels easy for me, it's always challenging.
Please do explain to me the benefits with not having a program that includes progressive overload.
Every time I try to increase weight I just get 1 less rep and have to deload.

5'11 158lbs.
Been working out for about a year and a half now and started taking my clean bulk seriously 8 weeks ago. Started it at 147lbs and now I'm at 3900 cals daily of oats, eggs, almonds, ground beef, chicken, sweet potatoe, greek yogurt, etc.. and it's getting pretty brutal.
It takes me 30-40 minutes just to finish one meal of chicken & sweet potatoe and often times I won't be able to finish everything by bedtime and I feel like I'm throwing away all the work I'm putting into it, so my question is, how many more cheat meals a week could I get away with? I'm not training for a comp or roiding, I'm just trying to put on lean muscle.
I have a friend who's coaching me but he is very strict on the diet and I'm not sure if it's actually that serious or if it is and I just need to work harder.
Any advice?
