I said I've lost weight before. In my prime I was 215, repping 5pl8 on squat - ass to the ground, I might add. I tore my ACL and got fat. Lost weight again, fell in love, gained it back. Now that I'm married I want my children to have a strong father figure.

What do you lift for? Some girl who will never like you because you're an insecure, self-aggrandizing prick? You do that.

Skinny fat anon here (5'11" 150 lbs). Has anyone fasted for extended periods? Looking to lose 15 lbs before the next semester starts.

When do I know when to stop losing weight? I've gone from 5"10" 278 to 165 and my friends and family think I shouldn't lose anymore but I feel I should? Opinions?

6 inches would be my ideal penis size. Anything under 5 I would consider on the smaller side but could still work with it. Anything above 7 is too big and takes too much effort.

/fit/, please fucking help me. I'm so frustrated and I feel like chopping my finger off.

Pic related is my middle finger. As you can tell, it's severely dry and cracked. It often splits and bleeds and is incredibly painful.

It's been like this on and off for as long as I remember, but lately it's been on for about over a month. No matter what I do, it eventually dries up and refuses to heal.

I've tried
coconut oil
eczema relief cream
O'keeffe's working hands cream
prescription steroid medicine (for psoriasis based off what my doctor told me)
aquaphor
a+d ointment

I've used all of the above and rubbed it daily, wrapped band aids (not too tight so it can breathe) to try and trap the moisture in there.

Nothing has worked. It hurts to lift, it fucking stings like hell just to bend my finger. It gets about 80% healed before it begins cracking horribly again. Currently, it doesn't look as bad but trust me, it gets worse.


PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SOMEONE PROVIDE ME A FUCKING SOLUTION, MY MIDDLE FINGER IS KILLING ME

I only eat once every three days right after I work out. It was hell at first but now I don't even feel hunger until it's time for my meal and I feel satiated immediately afterwards.

I'm trying to start keto and already failed to carb cravings

about two weeks ago i accidently dropped and broke[servery bent] my [cheap] barbell and im back to training with my dumbbells and chin up bar but its left me emotionally drained..its like im sleepy all the time and after the first set of the first exercise i dont want to train anymore....


is this a lack of motivation? iron deficiency? or do i have something more serious like depression or an diagnosed cancer
