Gymnast here. Definitely too old if you have Olympic aspirations but you could become excellent at any number of different acrobatic disciplines (tricking, tumbling, hand balancing, etc) in a few years time.

You could get at least as good as Ido Portal. He sucks but normies are impressed by him. My advice would be to find a local gymnastics club that has an open gym and go in then. Just play around on the equipment. Also go to acrobolix.com - Jujimufu's website, he has a bunch of tutorials on there from when it used to be purely a tricking site.

Good luck anon, doing flips is the best. I highly recommend it

Can you gain height by not squatting?
I've not squatted heavy in at least a month and a half and gone from 5ft11.5-just over 6ft. I'm 19 for reference. I suggest everyone under 20 stop squatting asap if you want extra growth.

You've been given a simplified model to make it easy to understand.

Right now it's like .. you know putting wood in the fireplace & setting it on fire makes heat. After awhile the wood is all burnt up and you need restock it.

The next level is working out what types of woods burn best, what happens if the wood is wet, what happens if you put leaves in there. What's dangerous stuff to put in there? What if I put lighter fluid on it .. it'll burn faster .. right?

How do I stop drinking alcohol?

Effects my energy, diet, and weight.

Still pretty fit because on drinking days I pretty much won't eat anything. But I could do a hell of a lot better without the drink.

I'm taking multivitamins, ketamine, and omegas, which definitely help the cravings.

Are there any other supplements I could be taking to help reduce the urge?

I started my weight loss journey back last year and tried everything from weight watchers to the fruit only diet, but nothing ever worked for me. I even tried that CICO diet people keep talking about but could never find any CICO at the store. The weight just wouldn't come off! I then saw a post here about water fasting and decided to give it my best shot. I started my fast clocking in at 217lbs which is considered obese for my height and am now a /fit/ 168lbs! I wasn't able to do any lifting during the fast because I was just so out of it with the lack of energy, but I read that its normal feel that way during extended fasts as it's the HGH being released from my body and my toxins being cleansed. It was tough and I even passed out a couple of times, but it was worth it cause now I'm so glad to finally be at a normal weight for once and I can't wait to show off my new beach bod this summer.

Anyway that's my story and if there's anyone out there who has second doubts about doing a water fast then I'm here to end those doubts
You will get amazing results and you will get that body you always deserved
