Work on you're back for another week, including lots of low weight face pulls, and do some dumbbell press and incline press at the same time. You'll get there man don't give up. It may take a while. Also consider a hypertrophie day on bench, I've heard it can help.

It's kind of like going to the gym for the first time and complaining you can't curl 100lbs. If you have been eating small or few meals a day you need to build up to eating big.
When I started I sometimes ate breakfast and wouldn't eat again until diner and i thought i was eating big but now i eat seven times a day and still get hungry.
