sup /fit/, i'm trying to do a mixed work-out routine to improve endurance, strength, and size. i'm doing college boxing and intramurals for endurance, and 5x5 compound lifts for strength (squat, bench, deads, ohp). my plan is to do one compound lift per work out, and then to do some high rep, low weight assistance exercises after. can someone recommend a few body building work outs to add to each compound lift?

I'm assuming you're doing something along the lines of gzcl.
Squat: RDL + Leg Press
Deadlift: Glute Ham Raise + Farmers Walks
Bench: DB decline bench (superset horizontal rowing movement) + Tricep pulldown/CGBP/Dips (depends on how strong your triceps are)
OHP: DB incline bench (superset with lat pulldowns) + Lateral Raises (superset with facepulls).

A program template/method. Basically you just have 3 tiers, T1 being strength for 10-15 total reps, T2 being Strength/Volume for 20-30 total reps, and T3 being Volume/Endurance for 30+ total reps.

At this point, I started getting annoyed with their behavior, and asked them the following question:

Of course, their words didn’t faze me.

I just sat there in a calm and collected fashion, as I sipped on my cool glass of lemonade.

After about 5 minutes of them ranting at me, I cut them off and said “So when are we fucking? Next Tuesday or next Saturday?”

They quickly glanced at each other, as their eyes and mouths widened.

“What did you just say???” they barked.

“You heard me. Are we fucking next Tuesday or next Saturday?”

Interestingly enough, they started giggling and eventually began playing my game.

They would say things like “You are so bold! You are so bad! You are something else!”

Just as expected, they were coming on to me.

Tips on dealing with not being as attractive as you'd like? I'm right at that point where I'm close to being good looking but then just not quite there. I get compliments on being tall, handsome, having nice hair, and I've never had trouble having girls like me, but I still feel so inferior and unattractive. It causes me anxiety. How can I deal with this? It's like how they say Olympic silver medalists are more hurt by the loss of not getting Gold than bronze medalists are. Tips bros?

And anybody have any experience with a maturing hairline? I've noticed the hairs at my hairline are miniaturized and at the temples on both sides it's thinned a bit. It's very mild and not noticeable unless I shine bright lights directly on it and look closely but I want to stop it ASAP.

I'm stopping using shampoo and conditioner. What about Biotin? Is that useful?

Anyone ever do a big cut (1000 calorie deficit) for a long amount of time? This is aimed at non-obese people.

I've done it for 3-4 weeks, then I just end up binging super hard (like 3000-4000 calories over in a DAY) and erase my progress. Yeah I know it's really bad. I've done this for 1-2 years and I'm honestly kind of ashamed of being in perma cut mode.

I think I'm just gonna do it slow and steady, cutting at a 500 calorie deficit, so only about 1 lb a week.

Anon you don't realize the depth of my degeneracy. I would cut at 1500 calories a day for 3-4 weeks straight, then eat literally (like I calculated) 5000-6000 calories a day for like 2-3 days. Yeah I know I have a fucking eating disorder.

While cutting at such a deep deficit, all I could think about was food 24-7. Also my libido died despite getting 70-80g of fat per day.
