Any bodybuilders on tonight? Been/plg/ for years and happy with it but realize I know very little about bodybuilding and want to learn more. Couldn't find good info through google or on sticky and on here all I see are "natty limit" shitpost threads.
Are there well accepted routines for bodybuilding, the equivalent of the SS/SL/Greyskull --> Madcow/Texas Method/531 progression? Or is everyone just doing different bro splits for volume?
Who are some of the best looking confirmed natty builders? Seems like even early Arnie was on gear.

T = arms
W= shoulders and calves
Th=back
F=arms and shoulders again or fill whatever i lacked in the week
I'm pretty fat but I dont plan my diet and eat basically all I want.

What kinds of rep ranges and how many lifts is your typical w/o? Like 3x10 on 6 exercises?
What kind of weight do you use? Do you progress or just go for what you feel you can do in those reps?

it works as a metabolism booster, and you definitely feel it.
DESU, its almost not a good feeling. for me, my hearts starts beating really hard, I sweat like mad, and i get really fidgety. it's hard to sit still and focus.
but yeah, the shit burns calories.

Don't feel bad, I only do 45 lb dumb-ells 3x12 for chest and I have man titties. The number one exercise for a nice chest are high/low cable crossovers. Mimics the muscle movements to a key. Bench pressing is good but nothing will make them grow then those. You'll never have a more sore chest after the first time you do them.

Basically any calorie deficit will cause loss of muscle.
What's a good way to straighten out your spine?
Pic related is me. I have slight lumbar lordosis and a hunchback.
Even when I tilt my pelvis forward and straighten up it's still pretty bad, and it causes me pain.
I was thinking about wrapping towels under my armpits and then tying them to a pull-up bar and just letting gravity straighten out my spine and decompress it.
Are there any better alternatives to this?

Squats and deads for legs instead of leg curl, leg extension, leg press, calf raises, smith machine half squats, donkey kickbacks and dumbell-front-squats-but-curl-the-2kg-weight-while-descending
I think seated cable rows are far away better than barbell rows for general upper mid back development.

we are all well aware of lighting and angles and how they can make you look good
if we see you at a weird angle with poor lighting, we realize that. we literally don't take your body rating til we've seen you in lots of different angles, lighting, different fitting cloths, while doing different poses and so on.
sure the first time we see you may not amaze us but that doesn't matter. if we come to find out your bod puts chad to shame, that's even better. it's like finding out your built your home onto of a gold mind
