It's alright! Think about what part of your technique could be improved to get that weight up next time. I think if you are lacking in abdominal bracing and therefore whole body tightness and potential for strength, just improving that can get the weight up without any waiting for other adaptations. You'll probabaly also feel like your form and speed improves too! Good luck next time!

My posture is stuck like this until I intentionally force my rib cage down and flex my core. The muscular imbalance is there but only apparent if I'm not a fatass like now so a front and back seems kinda ineffectual. Tell me if you need one.

I don't want kids. Have absolutely no desire for them, every kid i've taken care of has been a royal, needy pain in my ass. And the only benefit from making a kid is carrying on my DNA.

IF I were to have a kid, i'd adopt. And that's a big if.

I see next to no fucking benefit from it, no enjoyment because my autistic ass can't handle the stupidity of a small child, nor the selfishness of a grown one. They're just a needy sponge that takes my money and time with little to no returned benefit other than "MUH GENES!"

Before i found /fit/ and read the sticky i had been lifting off and on. Going 3 months before getting frustrated from making no gainz and still being dyel, i would search the web for information on how to get swole, but found nothing that emphasized long term consistancy and the importance of diet like the sticky.

-learn about what to do in gym - what kind of body *I* want to live in, how to do that by myself without a bunch of people running around me and Big Brother disapproving me spoiling myself
-respect my body - give help as needed (moisturizer, vitamins, different exercises, gentler or more challenging), recognize responses to exercises, to food, to environment
