Abs are made in the kitchen dog. You already look pretty low bf. probably 10-12%? If you really want them cut till about 8% but you'll look like a freak for the sake of some abs. You already look good too n-n-no homo

Just found out I should be eating ~1000cal a day to be losing weight. How do I do this?

sat-sun pasta, usually primavera and alfredo with some meat on the side, doesn't matter which because lolbulking

If we again simplify bodily attractiveness, it's determined by hip-waist ratio in women and waist-shoulder ratio in men. Women gaining weight will improve their hip-waist ratio while men gaining weight will worsen their waist-shoulder ratio.
