Ive been working out for 7 months. Pic related.
I went from 79kg (174) to 93kg (204) as of today and im 190cm (6'3) tall.
Im not following any special program, im not roiding and im just trying to eat as much as i can. First pic is october 20th 2016, second one is 30 min ago.

Asking her this way removes the implication that you believe that you're worthy of receiving her phone number/associating with her, which will presumably in turn reduce her negative reaction (if she was going to have one) at being asked.
When women are approached by a man they find to be unattractive, their reaction is one of disgust because you've basically attacked the entire way they view themselves. "This slimeball thinks he's attractive enough for ME?"
By reducing her disgusted reaction, you'll also reduce the negative feelings you feel if she says no.
Additionally you avoid scenarios where she only gives her number because she feels obligated to.
I haven't actually tried this myself but it seems alright in my mental simulations.

I'd like to take this time to announce I haven't had beer in 7 days. I have been drinking 2-4 times a week for almost two years now.
I feel great, it might be the first full week sober I've had since 2015.
I'm still eating like a piece of shit, but this is a good start. Now that I got that, need to add another goal for next week. Then I will have been sober 14 days and achieved a new thing for 7. What should I add? Walking 30 mins daily? Tracking food?

Yes you need to do isolated excercises for biceps and you need to train them a lot. Hypertrophy isn't a meme. If you hit biceps 2-3x a week compared to 1 and do something like preacher curls, close and wide grip ez bar curls etc you will build a lot bigger biceps than just by doing compound movements.

I'm right there with you. Ruck 9 miles with a 90 lb pound pack, run 8 without feeling winded but my gut is getting bigger by the day. My last deployment I lifted 6 days a week and stuffed my face with food and lost weight, ever since getting back in conus I've been slowly gaining that weight back. It's all the chow hall food mixed with fast food. Makes us fat as shit
2 days into a 5 day water fast here. Feeling good. Taking lite salt / magnesium supplements in addition to water. No cravings at all. At around 16% body fat / 35 lbs of fat.

What's your excuse /fit/? I've been taking a week off lifting and will be fasting with light walking as my primary exercise. Here's what I've noticed in the first 24 hours
