What are the IRL requirements for a strength cape?
5 plate deadlift 1 rep max
1 plate overhead press 5 reps
2 plate bench press 5 reps
3 plate squat 5 reps
12 pull ups full range of motion
if you can do these you get 99 strength cape rl
2/3/4/5 at a bare minimum for reps
>>41524849
Wtf with these insane bench/deadlift contrasts in this stupid board.
I can pretty easily bench 245 for 8 reps, but my 1 rep max for deadlifts is 4 plates, and squat is 3 plates. 12 pullups is also a joke.
I have being working out for about a year now, why do I still appear flaccid? How do I look?
>>41524816

Can we talk about how hilarious this shit is
FUCKING GATORADE CHEWS BRAH
LIVE BY THE RADE DIE BY THE RADE
>>41524619
Actually, the benefits from electrolyte chews and glucose spikes are great for endurance athletes. It helps prevent muscle cramping, and is good for fatigue when the body has switched from using "carbs" to fat after about the first 20-40ish minutes of exercise. The same could be done with mustard and salt packets, but they don't taste as good and very widely from manufacturer to manufacturer. However, using Gatorade as your only source of intrasport nutrition is kind of silly. All in all, it's not crazy if it works.

What about just straight lifting? If i drink Gatorade instead of water at the gym would I be able to lift heavier?
Come on anon, have a slice or two with me! :)

How do people do it? I feel exhausted after 8 hour work days and I barely go to the gym
>>41524541
Stims
I really cant see how people get exhausted if they arent doing a labor intensive job.
Especially when desk workers cry about being tired all the time like bitch please a 10 year old could do what you do

How fast should I be progressing? I've bee lifting for a bit more than an year now and only recently(like two weeks ago) I started benching 30kg.
I started lifting @ 69kg and now weigh 77kg if that's worth anything
>>41524196
You've done only machines up until now?
Start a proper program that has all the compound lifts in it.
GSLP, SS, SL5x5 are all good programs.
>>41524225
I started with machines but I'm alredy done with them. The only one I still use is the OHP because I'm afraid of breaking my shoulders.
I lift with my dad and always do the same routines as him, and he always changes it every week. He's been lifting for two years now and I gotta say the old man has been a lot more impressive than me.
>benches 60kg
>squats 80kg
>weighs 83kg
Maybe I should try something different like you said, because I feel like I'm evolving very slowly right now.
How old are you op?
Do you guys ever have this weird feel that maybe we were meant for more than posting on an anime imageboard?
>>41524183
You're meant to go lift as well
>>41524183
Yes. To move absurd amounts of dead weight in multiple different patterns.

Are pickles a good dieting snack? They have a shit ton of sodium (which I need) and barely any calories. Is there some trickery I'm not informed on as to why they might be bad for me?
>>41523881
May as well hop on this thread too.
>Is sauerkraut a good dieting snack?
I make my own, literally just cabbage and kosher salt.
>>41524036
yes

What is his routine? How much can he bench?
>>41523811
Nice spoiler.
>>41523789
Idk, but his chest is seriously lagging bro
>>41523850
You don't need big pecs to destroy walls and eat people desu
I'd argue shoulder strength is more important
Alright /fit/ I have a deal for you.
Manlets, I can give you one inch of height, but for every inch I give you, you lose 1 point out of 10 from your looks.
Lanklets, just the opposite. I will give you 1/10 points on looks for every inch you give me.
All gains are yours to keep.
Deal?
>>41523656
I'm 6'6 but not the most facially aesthetic. Definitely no Chad. Wouldn't trade it for the world. Chad's are all closeted faggots anyway.
Wow what a shit deal.
You lose 10% of your look for less than a 2% gain in height. At least make it an equitable lose 1 point off your looks for getting 10% taller.
You'd make a shit devil.
>>41523712
This is true, but it's not like height goes down to 0.
The vast majority of men are between about 5'5 and 6'7, so each inch is much more valuable than just 2% if we are only considering these heights.
