I know every fatty says this but I genuinely never ate junk food. I've always had sugarfree alpen for breakfast, apples and bananas for snacks and homecooked meals. I just ate a shit ton of healthy food. I miss going back for seconds after every meal, but noticed that it doesn't make me feel any fuller.

At what point should you stop counting calories? It's easy at home when you are cooking your own meals but if you eat out, it all gets fucked up.

how do I gain weight? I've been eating like a landwhale in Houston and I have gotten strong as hell for my size but I simply can't gain weight. Supplements? More protein? How do I escape human kite mode? Am I doing my routine wrong? Do I have a tapeworm?

I've got a new program I'm working on. Basically a PHUL split. On the upper days it calls for 2 back exercises, one vertical, one horizontal. I chose Pendlay Rows and Lat Pulldowns.

Are Pendlay Rows good for size though? Is there anything better I could be doing? Maybe T-bar or Kroc rows?

Fit I need help. I read the sticky, I've even had a personal trainer for over a year. But I don't seem to be making progress.
