Takes practice. Even though my body has grown by normie standards my self confience didnt grow with it, im still dyel in my mind. It increased my confidence when women would actually start conversations with me, even more so in person. At first I acted like a retard but usually the girls seem to mind too much and since the ive just become more use to it. Usually if the girl is interested in you, especially in person and she ia checking you out, unless you say some total fedoralord shit they dont care too much what comes out of your mouth as long as you are friendly and talk about something semi-relevant.

To me getting the confidence to approach women is more difficult because I dont know how they feel about me at all and I feel more pressure to say something interesting. This too takes practice just being natural without being forced or fake.

So what does /fit/ do for abs accessory work? I've been doing planks but it seems like I have to do it for 10 minutes for it to be effective.

Doing the compounds are good and all, but I want some good ab isolation exercise to do. Preferably with no equipment.

I've been thinking about decline situps or something but people said it fucks up your spine.

Leg raises. You can add dumbells to them one they get too easy.
With leg raises you also get the benefit of training hip flexors. Which most exerices dont do.

Just take natural. It is always the best thing you can buy, especially on myprotein

My ranking of the ones that i tried would be

1. Natural (tastes fine and dissolves very well)
2. Stracciatella (tastes great and dissolves very well but has some sugar in it)
3. Chocolate (tastes great and dissolves quite well but has sugar in it)
4. Vanilla (tastes alright and dissolves quite bad at times if you use milk instead of water)

Why are girl routines so much easier? I saw this in a thread
