This is a good book to train coaches about lifting and all about it, and then they will create workout programs and train other people to actually lift. It could also be used as a convenient gateway into whatever "intermediate level lifting" is for people who've been doing this shit for a while.

Ok so i started working out a week ago consuming 1500 cals and cardio plus lifting because im fat. I find that as well as losing fat im getting stronger. U guys said this isnt possible. Am i a genetic superhuman or just a case of "noob gains"
