Am I ok to drop flat bench for incline/flat dumbell bench if my goal is purely hypertrophy?
of course
flat bench is pointless really
not using dumbbells is pointless
incline DB bench or don't even bother benching as you aren't doing shit

how can so much retardation be in one post
joff would look so much better without such a retarded haircut
I honestly don't see why I should. I have a very busy schedule and simply don't care to waste time on it. Plus I pay like 40 bucks for my membership, so it's the staff's task in my opinion. I also like when theres plates already on the bar or when there's a premade curlbar, saving me time, so what make people think others don't like it aswell? It mit look messy but c'mon, it's practical. Also, there's always that one dude who reracks everything trying to earn goodboy points from female staff, someone will always do it for you eventually. To this day I had noone give me shit for it IRL, and if I sensed an attempt from some skinny faggot, a quick stare of death silenced them.
Does /fit/ rerack?
>>41545448
I rerack between sets, but there usually isn't much left on the floor. My gym has signs up saying if you leave anything over 20kg on the floor, you get a warning. If you get warned too much you will be asked to leave.
Nice bait, but yeah, only 15 year old retards with ADD don't rerack
1/10 bait
Beginner here doing compound barbell exercises, is lower back soreness normal or should I be freaking the fuck out?
That's probably just back pump, if you really did fuck up, you wouldn't have to ask, really. Keep working on your form, you're never done working on your form!

This is very dangerous advice.
No, you don't have to injure your lower back before you can perfect your form.
Yes, there's always room for improvement when it comes to form in BB.
Lots of dudes lift heavy using their lower back without actually working out their lower back outside of their main lifts. Try some hyperextensions and some decline sit-ups for a stronger waists.

You have pityriasis versicolor; it is a fungal infection of the skin. It causes your melanocytes to stop secreting melanin. This causes all the light spots on your skin.
You need a nizoral skin creme/lotion for 1 time a week; a couple of weeks. This will remove the fungal infection, but it will still take some time before your melanocytes are recovered. (not broscience...)

Thanks for the response but no I was at the beach for like 10 hours 2 weeks ago without any sunscreen and my skin is peeling badly

are you supposed to feel your abs working while doing them?
>>41545088
Ab wheel doms are the worst, feels good though once you get used to it. Tfw using ab wheel to show off my butt to females
I keep struggling with form, I feel it in my shoulders and back but little to nothing in my abs.,
>>41545156
probably not contracting abs hard enough when going down? Try to avoid hyper-extending your spine when doing it I guess.
>start any form of leg-based cardio

I'm a /fit/ guy. I can easily knock out a 20km run - stamina isn't an issue. I don't understand what causes this. I've tried no stretching, light stretching, very gentle warm-ups. Nothing helps. Anyone know what the fuck causes this and, if so, is there anything I can do to prevent it?
pic related. it's always worst in the muscles below the knee, but I get it everywhere to an extent.
>inb4 no calves
No. My calves are really well developed.
>thinking anyone here does cardio
>>41545006
Have you tried taking Magnesium supplements?
So you can't run but still know you can run 20km?
Confusing. Maybe try regular exercise?
Do you scoop more than the socially and morally acceptable scoop limit (1)?

1 scoop when bulking
3 or 4 when cutting
I don't scoop
I eat clean.

Has anyone here tried Scooby's intermediate routine? I have a pullup bar and dumbbell set, so this perfect to get familiar with working out and breaking out of a completely sedentary lifestyle.
I had good results with his beginner program and moved up to the intermediate a few weeks ago. Starting with his beginner routine, I could barely do a single pullup, but now I'm up to 7 from a full rest. Took about 2 months.
The intermediate routine seems like a good start to get used to a PPLx schedule. Has anyone tried this or his "advanced" routine?

HANS, YOU IGNORANT BEER-SWILLING GNOME
Scooby is an extremely opinionated individual. He preaches wellness and is very intelligent, but he has a problem with looking down on people and the life choices they make. I don't mean making fun of landwhales or laughing at disgusting hamplanets, I'm taking about very specific and ridiculous things.
If you honestly think there's something wrong with indulging in a snack food every so often and use other people's choices to feel better about yourself, you have a serious problem socially. He tries backing this insecurity with his inept use of the word 'physics', which he hardly understands, even on a micro level.
He's also been lying for nearly a decade about taking anabolics, so there's that.
He might be closer than you think :>)
Hi /fit/izens. I'll start going to gym on friday, and I decided on this plan https://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/lee-labrada-12-week-lean-body-trainer.html
Now, there's a problem. It has a lot of cardio, but I walk tons at work with a strimmer on my back all the time or pushing a mower, and even by eating tons I still struggle to put on weight, since I'm 185cm and skinny.
So, do you think I should ditch the cardio, or just go with it?
I think you should do pic related instead of a meme routine
>>41544567
Ditch the cardio
Eat good (mid-high carb & clean)
Do high weight - low reps
Stick to it
>>41544567
>>41544588
True, do what's in pic
Why do we love him so much? Is he what we would all be like if we were freak lifters? Ie he's shy, did Starting Strength, plays vidya and watches anime, awkward, squats all the time etc
he's literally /ourguy/
should i stop doing mixed grip?

The answer is unequivocally yes.

Does anyone have experience with ephedrine + caffeine + asperine?
Is this a meme? Is asperine essential?
Any tips/suggestions are appreciated

I did just EC stack for a month or so, felt great all the time, appetite was really suppressed, got really cut, stopped because I got heart palpitations.
I still get heart palpitations and this was 2-3 years ago
>>41544331
Aspirin will make you bruise easier and doesn't help the stack.
ec is good for cutting and i enjoy it, but i wouldnt do it too long term cos i started relying on it to feel awake and it kind of got me high to the point where i couldnt concentrate on anything whatsoever or get any work done
ec stack, then smoke a bowl, then have sex, then have a cigarette is p much the greatest endorphins of all time tho
I work in Central London and want to be prepared to fight if there is a terrorist wielding a knife or machete.
What kind of strength do I need for this?
What combat training is best (I have very little spare time)?
What plausible deniability weapons can I have on me? I am thinking about an unbreakable umbrella: https://youtu.be/bO8G5zsQohg?t=63
The CIA used to train killers to improvise and find weapons on the spot. Are there online guides on this?
I don't want to spend too much time on this. I just dont want to have a chance to stop an attack come up in the future and find myself unprepared.
Move to the US and buy a gun.

sometimes i daydream about being on the same tube carriage as a knife-wielding terrorist so i can overpower him and save the day
