There was a discussion on here a while back that linked an article describing how a once-per-day, full-body 1x5-10 program yielded good results from lifters of all experience types, but had the most impact on new to intermediate lifters. Anyone have that article?

I found it interesting, because that's essentially what old-time strongmen such as Hackenschmidt advocated back in the day.

Also, full-body workout general.

What's the best alternative for rows that doesn't require lots of wrist work? My wrists are lagging and Is rather isolate them and do a row alternative then do low weight

Anyone on this shit for hairloss? How is it? Has it fucked up your libido/dick? It also supposedly increases test because it isn't converted to DHT as much--so have you seen gains?

40lb Dumbbells are the worst Dumbbells to work with.

Dyel's using them for dumbbell chest press, or behind the head tricep extension, or shoulder press, or someone fresh out of noob gains trying to curl them. They're the worst and faggiest weight class. I still like to warm up with them for curls and often just have to skip the 40's in favour of the 45's because they're just never available.
