I've never met anyone who sweats more than me and ive always sweated the same amount regardless of how in shape I am. Just own it, i used to be self conscious of it but you learn to plan out what you're wearing depending on the weather and shit and work around it

The standard wide grip pull-up Forsure! It hits a wider range of muscles and is great for your lats/back. The chin-up isn't all too different, it just isolates the bicep more... At the end of the day, it's all personal preference I guess... But imho, the more compounded movements are better.
