If you could go back and tell your 12-year-old self anything health/weight related, what would it be?

I would love to tell myself to learn to count calories at a young age and to simply find my TDEE and not eat too much on a regular basis. I think I could have saved myself a lot of trouble in my high school and college years.

So, I've been back in the gym for about a year now this coming June, and I'm experiencing some slight lower back pain. It's like a 0-1 on the scale, kind of more of a glowing simultaneously warm and cool feeling right in the nook of my lower back, kinda sore when I stretch it but it doesn't feel too horrible. I'm just wondering if this is normal/something I'm gonna have to put up with forever, or if there are stretches and stuff I can do to negate this new feeling in my back. Alternatively, if this isn't supposed to be happening, should I fix my form on my lifts or something? I think the lifts that are affecting my back are my monday squats, wednesday deadlifts, and friday ohp. I can post my whole routine if need be, but yeah, just wondering if my back should be feeling like this.

What are the best foods to get if I'm trying to gain weight? Skellymode here, trying to get big over the summer so I have about 2 1/2 months to gain 15-20 pounds. I feel this is a realistic goal. Of course I will be going to the gym at the same time. Unfortunately I'm broke so I need recommendations as I'm about to leave to the grocery store.

So what are the foods with the best calorie-to-dollar ratio that won't make me obese?

one PB sandwich with a generous serving of PB can easily be 350-450 calories. then you add the jelly, which if it's that kind full of more corn syrup and food coloring then actual fruit, can easily be another 100-150 calories.
two slices of bread usually around 150 calories
and then there's the milk, a tall glass of milk can be anywhere between 300-450 calories.
at least with this little snack (none of this is very filling, maybe the bread will be) will be anywhere between 900 calories to 1200 calories. all in a simple sandwich and cold milk to wash it down.

when I was bulking this was my go to. tasty, easy to make, somewhat cheap, and stupidly calorie rich

beans

milk

What's a routine I could do at the gym that would help me attain femboy mode without making me look like a faggot?

I'm already quite skinny (155lb 6,4) and have pretty much built my ass as far as I think I can with bodyweight so I want to start going to the gym. The problem is though that I don't want to look like I'm only going to build my ass and legs.

So what's a routine I could do to achieve maximum leg gains without properly building upper body while still looking like in try to?

I just did 6 days on, lost 11 lbs total, the gallon a day with salt is no joke my friend.

I use ephedrine in the morning to give me that pep, also black coffee with nothing else.

I have a decent multi I take 2 times a day and I supplement with fish oil as well.

Before bed I would drink a whole cup of water with mixed salts and sugar free electrolyte powder. Taste like shit but at least you dont wake up in the morning with a massive headache and body shaking.

Willing to anwser any questions for the next 5 minutes.
