only thing I am afraid of concerning diet is that mismanaging it can put stress on certain organs. read something about the ratios between fat/protein etc can fuck up your liver.

I think if you have no muscle, and are 88kg at 180cm (and I always assume the average /fit/izen inflates by 2-3cm), then you aren't skinny fat you are just fat. People who are much taller than you and built as fuck are in the 90kg territory.

I lift on my lunch break so I have my evenings free after work. I dont autistically track my macros because I'm bulking and I'm not gonna be a competitive body builder or powerlifts.
I try to force myself to do at least one thing every weekend worth telling a story about.
Ive been 76-77kg(5'9) for the past couple of months. Strength incresses but size is roughly the same and joints hurt. Lifting for 15months but motivation going down. My gym is also getting too packed and i feel like people distract me from my workouts.
What should i do???

I'm looking for a body fat estimate and some advice on how best to cut to abs.
I was gross skinny fat, so I ate big and bulked for ~3 months. All of my lifts doubled or tripled in that time. My weight dropped dramatically at first, then slowly returned as I put on muscle. I was eating about 3,200 calories a day.
What I really want though is abs and to look cut without turning into a disgusting skeleton. I just started my first cut since that's where I want to end up. After I finish, I'll return to bulking and begin the cycle anew.
How far do I need to cut to have abs? Seeing them is on my bucket list and the older I get, the harder it becomes.
Currently at 5'11 (I know, manlet) and 148 pounds. Eating around 2,000 calories a day, barely working out due to craziness at job, I've had to do a lot of overtime. High protein diet. I've lost about 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks doing this.
