Help /fit/ , I started dieting 1500 calories a day since january , loosing an average of 1kg per week . im 90kg down from 110kg , but i havent lost any weight in the last 3 weeks . why is this happening?

Any good tips to gain weight as a skelly?

I know, but how can I not feel full and sick after eating "a lot", aka not even close to the normal amount of a regular person.

Also, if I wanted to get fit and start lifting, should I wait until I get more body weight before I start or should I start the gym as an Auschwitz wannabe? I feel like I'm gonna be making a fool of myself straining to lift 60lbs while all the Chads are gonna be repping with 200+ lbs like it's nothing.

So i just bought this Everlast Pull up exercise system that latches to the door. I got it for 45.99$ CAD

Is it any good ?
And is it worth it for doing my pull ups and pull downs.

I have also seen a pull up station for 100$ CAD USED. should i return the everlast one and get the used one.

the disadvantage is that the station will take a lot more space than that the door held one ?

I mean it's a pull up bar, it's probably about as good as any other pull up bar. I wouldn't bother with the $100 one. i've never used one so take my opinion with a grain of salt but I honestly don't see why the station would be any better

bought one of these door stations, its worth, safer than that fixed ones. Friend mine had injuried the had with fixed one. The station is easy to put/remove at the door, and very firm. Bought one used, paid 10$, i'm 95kg and its very firm, not bend or balance. Not english native speaker

How do you become an insane athlete?

Senior year football in the fall (I'm 18 mods) and I want to be the best possible. I have a good strength base already (250ish bench, 140 OHP, 200 lbs clean, front squat 190).

How do I lift to optimize performance? What running should I do? How to get fast? Any gear I should take? Any supplements (aside from the obvious ones)? What should a running routine look like? Diet?

My advice as someone who was in a similar position?

Don't put so much emphasis on the physical thing. Lift 4 times a week, work your whole body hard, and do sprints, but it's more important to excel at individual drills that are actually pertinent to your position. A peak physique is merely icing on the cake but is nothing without good skills.

I wasted a lot of time my senior year trying to max my strength and speed and missed the critical part of working on my football ability first, some of the best players of all time were hardly peak athletes at their position.

I have this knot in my trap muscle on the right side of my neck that hurts so bad sometimes and is really sensitive to manual work with my hands (I use to type a lot, draw etc). If I press on it too much the right side of my face goes numb and same with my right hand. It hurts like a mother fucker, ice heads it, so do gentle messages or TENS, but chiropractic work really helps. What the fuck is wrong with my trap, shoulder? Is it a pinched nerve?
