I don't drink excessively by myself nor do I avoid drinking entirely. I drink on occasions when I'm out with friends and family like a normal person.

Hey /fit/
I'm a high school student who's looking to join the army after I graduate
I'm currently 6'0" and 131 lbs. I have a very high metabolism and already do some light workouts. I eat an average of 3000 good calories a day, but I can't seem to gain weight or muscle.
What do i do? (and btw first time posting)

Yes. A personality and a good sense of humour is far more important than "gym muscles". The later only shows that you are not comfortable being yourself and are trying to make up for other deficites that you have.

I'm finally doing it /fit/

I'm 26, 5"8 and 55kg.

I've begun tracking my foot and aiming to eat between 2500-3000 calories a day, whilst doing an exercise of push ups and sit ups.

I am also drinking muscle building protein shakes.

What things can I do early on to see a difference in my body straight away?

I will hopefully be able to buy a bar and some weights this weekend to start lifting.

A year or so ago the Facebook page 4/fit/ posted the Instagram of a girl who was blonde and looked super cute/feminine, but had enormous thighs. We're talking horse tier. So I've been using animal cuts for 2 weeks now.
I feel good, I lost some weight, and I have will (guess because of caffeine).

Does anyone here have experience in taking AC for a prolonged period of time?
I realize you are supposed to use it for 3 weeks, then make one week pause, then another 3 weeks. But I am taking 1 instead of 2 packets a day.

When you are finished with one can, can you just continue using it (with those one week breaks) or you're supposed to stop for a while?

For all that matters, I'm doing weightlifting and cardio every day except Saturday.

You're cutting, you use a sauce on wraps and you have two choices

Option One:

Almost no sugar
Calories come from "good" fats

Option two
Moderate amount of sugar (about 10g per 100)
Only has a third of the calories of Option One

Which is the better choice? Is sugar bad to the point where it should be avoided even if it means fewer calories?

Skinny, want to gain muscle. Read a lot but one question: what if i workout properly anf take protein when im supposed to and even eat well (nuts, lean beef, chicken, eggs, veggoes, etc) but aside from the protein i only eat 1-2 average sized meals a day? Is it all for naught?

I cant afford to eat 3 or more elaborate meals a day.
