>Eat 2 pieces of egg shit for lunch + drink another coffee. Pretty full, appetite suppressed.
>Eat 2 for dinner. Drink water. Full.
>If I get hungry, I can eat 1, or even 2 more, as snacks.

>300 (total calories including sprinkle of veggies) / 6 pieces = 50 calories per piece.
>50 calories * 4 pieces = 200 calories per day.

I'm skinnyfat (gut) and just started working out last week (every day bodyweight).

Once I get rid of gut, I'll go back to eating to maintain. But right now this seems like the perfect diet.

>Feel full all day despite only eating 200-300 calories a day.

Will this kill me tho? What downsides?

Who here /MEATONLY/

Saltless , seasoning-less , only dead animals cooked in their own fat .
No dairy ( Butter, cream , milk , etc...)
Eggs are ok
Tallow , lard , etc are super OK .
Macro ranging from 80-20 to 60-40 F/P

Can't get sick , quicker recovery , better gainz , better mental clarity , acne disappear in 10 days , can keep on doing cardio for hours without problem .

You get to eat delicious REAL food EVERY MEAL.

Just got a bunch of blood drawn for tests today, 9 vials worth. Not a whole lot, but it was fasting and I now feel light headed afterwards. Even if I eat, should I bother going to the gym today? I wanted to max out this chest day, should I just hold off until tomorrow or go in anyway?
