That's impressive. 8.2 minute mile average for 7.3 miles is very impressive. Most people can't even run a single mile in 8.2 minutes, much less that quickly after that much exertion. You can improve by running more.

No infographic here, but I'd just do the basic movements at 3 different portions of the lift. for instance, work on vertical pressing by getting in one of your door frames around the house and doing isometrics at the start, middle, and lockout portions of the lift. do about 10 holds for about 10 seconds each at each for each portion. you can also do "explosive" isometrics, where you try to apply max tension as quickly as possible then hold for about 3-5 seconds.
