Meal prep all the way

Alright /fit/, I am in need of some dire guidance. First, let me give you a back story.

>be me last year, mid december
>decide I want to stop being an obese pos
>go back home for winter break
>start eating really healthy, not tracking anything but just eating meme foods I learned from /fit/
>start doing stronglifts 5x5
>go back to school, start new semester
>haven't really lost any weight
>ended up quitting stronglifts like 3 weeks in, just stopped going to the gym entirely
>now tracking nutrition through myfitnesspal
>come spring break I had lost 30 pounds, a definitely noticeable difference in my body
>plateau at 230 lb for the rest of the semester
>finish semester, go home and start doing PPl routine 6x a week halfway into May
>also started meal prepping, eating exactly the same shit every day
>did this for about a month until I went back to school for research
>stopped meal prepping but ate the same kind of shit every day
>now weight was really dropping, by the end of the Summer break I was 210 pounds

This entire time I've been doing PPL 6x a week and I haven't made much gains. I think I started as subpar as I am now at an untrained level. Either way, my lifts still hardly go up, which is understandable as I am cutting. However, my cutting has plateaued, hell it was really slow over the Summer break. I'm now about a month into the fall semester at school and I'm like 205 pounds, my goal was 190 but now I am looking to get down to 180.

I need help deciding what to do. My physique is still absolute shit due to fat put on when I was a kid (I'm 19 currently). My lifts are shit, although I've definitely built muscle, I feel like lifting 6x a week is going to be hard as I get deeper and deeper into the school year. I also can't help but wonder if starting out at 6 times a week is too much and perhaps I'd make more gains by going 3-4 times a week. What to do? I want to break out of this plateau, both for cutting and building muscle. Pic related, when I started.

Is 5/3/1 a meme? When should I consider 5/3/1?

Up until today I've just fucked around in the gym doing whatever I felt like because honestly, that's the only way I could manage to get into the gym. I've tried routines before but after a while I lose motivation because I think "fuck, today is <body part or pull/push> day."

I found myself going 3-4 days a week consistently knowing I can just do whatever I feel like doing.

Anyway, today was my first day of 5/3/1 and I can barely feel my legs. The progression seems really slow, would I be better off just doing what I was doing and increasing 5lbs each time?

hey i'm skinnyfat atm but a week ago i started working out; my regime is as follows:
150+ situps
100+ bicep curls
50+ pushups
50+ bent over rows
~100 sumo squats/regular squats
~20-30 minute run
i'm eating about 400-800 calories a day (one meal)

my question is, how will my body turn out if i keep this up?
i'm also open to suggestions

How come some people can get 100kg bench just fucking around on a meme split not even actually trying or aiming for anything, but then other people have to min-max the fuck out of a proper science based routine built by a team of professors and still barely struggle to hit a 100kg bench?

See, Chad's doing memesplits usually don't do legs. They likely have a chest/back/shoulders/arms/legs split and either ditch legs completely or do chest again. Coupled with not doing THAT much intensity (probably a few lifts in between laughing with friends), a lot of cardio from sports, and having a mom who cooks decent wholesome food for them, it's no wonder they see massive growth and leanness. Chad can't deadlift or squat for shit, but any incel here easily can. All the food they feed their bodies goes towards those muscles; they take priority because they're the most taxing on the body.
Chad has a good bench because it's what he focuses on; it's likely the heaviest lift he does period. He's lean because he does sports and (most of the time) eats right, not by his own volition but because his mom or guardian or whoever loves him and knows how to cook with whole nutritous foods.
Meanwhile (You) are following some routine somebody told you is good for you regardless of what your goal is, eat bland but nutritious food at what you calculate for yourself is the right amount based on meme calculators, not what your body tells you is the right amount, and finally because any and all time you don't spend in the gym is spent sat behind a screen getting mad at things you shouldn't really even think about.
To summarize:

>Chad only works vanity muscles
>Chad eats healthy, family-made food (most of the time)
This is why he succeeds. Genetics may be a part, but more than likely it's just he's had a chain reaction from good parenting.
Wise parents = skinny, nourished child
Skinny, nourished child = gets into sports from early age
Getting into sports from early age = Masculine hormones take priority, muscle development and leanness
Masculine + Leanness = Sexy to girls
Sexy to girls = Socially successful
Socially successful = Chad

I'm not looking for sympathy or anything like that. I just need advice on what I should do to recover tonight so my workout isn't fucked up tomorrow because of this.

Basically I was walking across a cross walk (in the right of way), and a car blindsided the left side of my body and I flew like 5 feet away from the car. I got up with a limp, now the area around my knee is swelling up and my left ass cheek is bruised.

I'm taking ZMA so I'm hoping that will help me recover by the morning, any other tips?

You just need a little bit of mass there (can be either muscle or fat) and have the muscular control to quickly contract your pecs. You really don't have to be extremely jacked. It won't look very impressive if you don't have Arnold Schwarzenegger pecs but you can have some visible movement with a shirt on.
