So I've been going to the gym for a while, I think I'm very familiar with most of the exercises and the way to do them probably.
Does anyone has any advice on losing belly and hip fat? I try to include bike riding every day in my cardio, I'm not sure about this, but I think that I've read something about always starting from legs when losing fat.
I try to do my workout with less breaks between reps, one of the reasons being I don't have that much time to just sit around and jerk off while
in the gym.
For the record: I'm using BCAA and Animal Cuts atm.
Also, any advice of combination of supplements during weight loss?

At 5'5, I feel like I am worthless no matter what I achieve thanks to this board, but after long periods away you start to notice the world doesn't work like this. I trim my pits every month or so because it really keeps sweat down and I dont look like shit as soon as I leave the house. I also trim my groin area during the summer because here in FL the summers are brutal as fuck in terms of humidity and maintaining my dick is the only way to avoid some major ball funk at work.

I count reps, but I never stop at a rep. I mean I AMRAP every set. I then write down how many reps I did for that weight in a log.
So let's say I see that the last time I benched 170lbs for five sets, and my reps were 8, 7, 8, 6, 10. I know I'm averaging about 8 reps. My goal is now to get my 8s into 10s. But if I get 10, I won't stop. If I get less than 8, I won't injure myself by pushing beyond what I can handle (can always do a sixth set to get more rest in). All I'm trying to do is exceed my average volume. Once I can lift 5x12 perfectly (slow count, minimal rest period), I'm ready to up the weight. I try to go up to a weight that I can work 5x5, sometimes it's 5lbs, sometimes it's 10lbs. For isolation exercises, I push the volume up much higher. The smaller the muscle, the higher volume I go for, with Lateral Raises probably being the highest rep & lowest weight of exercises I consistently do.
Is this NOT what most guys do? I see more people on /fit/ meticulously counting their 5x5s and calculating what their 87.25% of 1RM is. I just can't be assed. I see I did 8 last time, I need to do 10 now. I see I did 170 last time, I need to do 175 or 180 now. I get it if you're on a Linear Progression program, but the more intermediate periodization programs just confuse me.

1/2/3/4 is the goal. It's a feather in your cap. Until you hit 1/2/3/4, are you even lifting? It's considered the point where you have solid lifts, and can confidentially say "I lift". Room for improvement, yes, but you're no longer dyel.

Being able to OHP a bar with a 45lb plate on each side, benching a bar with two 45lb plates on each side, squat with three 45 lb plates on each side and deadlift with four 45 lb plates on either side. All with good form. Some debate over whether a 1rm is enough, or for reps; generally people just include whether they're stating their lifts for 1rms or for reps.
