Considering keto, but i have a few questions about it – hard

keto talks about eating mainly fats and proteins with as few carbs as possible and these are the suggested sources of these macronutrients:

>Meats, Leafy Greens, Above ground vegetables, High Fat Dairy, Nuts and seeds, Avocado and berries, Sweeteners, and Other fats

My question is how are you supposed to eat over 100g of fats everyday without carbs?

>vegetables have carbs

Essentially the only thing on the list that does not include carbs is the meat, so are you just supposed to eat meat all the time or something?
if so how do you afford that amount of meat?

Don't eat carby vegetables.

Eat the ones high in soluble fiber and vitamins.

Eat protein and vegetables. Eat whatever, just don't have carbs. It will be tough transitioning, but your body will feel good after.

There are a lot of recipes out there to make the carby foods you missed with other ingredients, and they taste good.

So today I was in the middle of my third ever gym session. As I was leaving I tripped down the last step leading to the exit. I was tired from working out and feeling sad for other reasons. An employee says to me "first time here?" with a smirk on his face. It made me really mad, but I am not sure if it was supposed to be a friendly joke. New to the whole gym culture. I went directly to mcdonalds and ordered 4 mcdoubles and 4 mcchickens, ate them all in the parking lot. I have browsed fit for years for the memes and eventually realized I should stop killing
myself with my degenerate lifestyle, but every interaction in this gym so far is tainted by greentexts that relate to the situation I am in at the moment.
How do I just work out and be myself without thinking about falcons and manlet pits? Should I find a new gym?

Ive seen that some people drink like 9l per day, i can hit like 4l max and forcing alot.

Also going to the bathroom every 20mins cant be that good.
