I have a shoulder issue that's kind of hard to describe. I guess it's kind of like my shoulder feels instable and slips out of place sometimes.

It doesn't cause me any pain but I want to get things checked out before I attempt any heavy pressing.

What type of doctor should I go to for something like this?

You should see a physiotherapist that is fluent with shoulder issues or sports physiotherapy. Sometimes a simple rotator cuff strengthening program will fix beningn instability if that is the case, sometimes some scapular movement exercises are needed to ensure proper activation of the shoulder area muscles.

hey yall. i have an issue and this seemed like the best place for me to ask for advice.

last night i had wild sex with my girlfriend, i was on top the whole time (im a male) for probably an hour and a half i really got it going too, definitley reached 120-180 pelvic thrusts per minute for extending periods of time. (i apologize for detail but i want to convey the extreme physical exertion) i became pretty tired after the first hour but i pressed on because she was enjoying it and i hadnt made it to the spanking finale that i know she likes

today i had an extreme discomfort in my lower abdomen/penis. sitting upright at a normal position relieves the pain, but to stretch my body is quite painful. i took some aleeve and the pain went away for most of the day, i fear it will return. this happened last time i had crazy sex too and it went away after about a day and a half.

What am i doing to myself?
Should i be worried?
How can i manage/treat the pain and avoid it in the future?

No, you just fucked up picking a sub-optimal program for a novice and overate. You don't get bigger without eating, but common sense should tell you that if you're gaining shitloads of fat that you should probably close your mouth sometimes.

Can anyone suggest ways to remedy and fix shoulder clicking and pain? Almost all the resources I've found online either say conflicting things (should ice, shouldn't ice; should exercise, shouldn't exercise it, etc.) or offer exercises and drills that are either confusing or don't seem to do anything. Anyone have experience with anything that worked?

Now, being a lurker since 2006(on /b/ mostly, /fit/ last 6 years), I don't know where to ask this, so I hope any individuals here might actually be able to help since /b/ is autistic homosexuals (so is fit, but at least you guys are in denial)
Now, I've been with a girl that I loved.
And I really need to get over that whole thing, as I'm depressed anyway and that is not helping me at all.
Thing is, it was a love at first sight kind of deal.
Like, I just knew that person was for me, and I wasn't interested in women almost at all, except for fapping purposes, but when I saw her in the first few seconds my reaction was "I HAVE to be with her, mang)
After being broken up for almost 4 years now, I've finally decided I will go to a therapist in the near future.
Mostly for my issues with depression, as being numb inside after experiencing highs and lows is disheartening.
Also, I always have that heavy heart feeling nowadays, it's a fucking pain.
I estimate if I don't get help I'd kill myself in one year, but that's a long time, so, yeah, it's not THAT bad.

TL;DR How to get over person I've been with 4 years ago?

To your question: getting a therapist is probably the best step you can make. 4 years is a long time, especially to be THIS amount of bent out of shape still. I'd say beyond this make sure you've removed her number in your phone, removed her on social media, deleted all of your pictures together.
